This deployment accepts correctly signed, structurally supported registrations into a moderation queue. Publication is an operator decision. Every world uses the same submission path.

The service checks signatures and ordered registration revisions. It does not contact a submitted URL, test a world's availability, verify its claimed profiles, identify a real-world organization, or judge a world's contents automatically.

Pending submissions are not public. Published records expose their original signed artifact and separately attributed catalog observations. An operator may decline or withdraw a listing. Withdrawal is local to this catalog.

This reference deployment retains signed registration history in its own database. It uses no analytics, accounts or cookies in the public catalog. Ordinary hosting, TLS and network infrastructure may produce operational logs according to the operator's deployment configuration.

Publication confers no endorsement, currency value, ownership right, guarantee of uptime or permission to interact. There are finite storage and intake limits. Anyone may use another catalog or run this software independently.
